Episode 9: Self-limiting beliefs: The hidden malware in your mind (Part 1/2)

What's running behind the scenes in your operating system?

This episode is for you if you’re chasing a goal but it slips out of your hands at the last minute, or maybe you’ve heard about self-limiting beliefs but it’s never really made sense. I dive into how they shrink our worldview and why recognizing and addressing these beliefs expands life's possibilities. Of course, I’ll provide some examples, such as financial struggles and relationship issues, to show how these beliefs act like malware in our minds. This is a two-part episode, so stay tuned for part 2, where I’ll explain how I use confirmation bias to overcome these limiting stories.
