Episode 5: Three types of questions to get back on track

It’s too easy to get caught up in asking the wrong questions. Without realizing it, you can quickly create a downward spiral, get stuck in unproductive thought patterns, or worse, stay in the same place for way too long.

In this episode, I’ll explain three ways I use questions to get back on track.

Three question types l like to use:

  1. Rephrase the question

  2. Break a thought pattern with a question

  3. Dare to ask in the first place

This is a super simple way to change your perspective. I’ll also give you guys some examples for each category.
